A supportive and therapeutic group for individuals who have experienced emotional, physical, or psychological trauma. This workshop provides education on how trauma impacts the brain and body, along with guided exercises for emotional regulation and self-compassion. Participants will engage in reflective journaling, grounding techniques, and structured discussions to process their experiences in a safe, non-judgmental environment. The goal is to help individuals regain a sense of control over their emotions, build resilience, and start the healing journey.
